Two ways to make your capsule.
Start from a formula that already exists, or build one that does not. Both run on the same campus, with the same testing and the same certifications on the label.
Brand a stock capsule
Pick from more than 290 validated capsule formulas, add your label and launch from 500 units. Stock+ lets you change the actives or the dose from the same base at the same minimum. Samples are available on request, and runs under 30,000 units ship 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the formula.
Build a custom capsule
Bring a formula or a brief and our R&D team develops it with you from 2,500 units: concept on day one, ingredients sourced from the 10,000+ actives held on campus in one to two weeks, a production-scale prototype, then stability and release. Custom runs take 8 to 12 weeks in total, with liposomal, enteric-coated and sustained-release designs available.

Capsule sizes
Sizes 1, 0, 00, 00EL and 000. A size 1 holds about 250 mg of powder, a 0 about 500 mg, a 00 about 800 mg, a 00EL about 850 mg and a 000 about 1,200 mg. We pick the smallest size that carries your dose.
Shells and release
Vegetarian and vegan shells run throughout the stock catalog. For actives that need to pass the stomach, our R&D team builds enteric-coated and sustained-release designs.
Ingredients on campus
More than 10,000 raw actives are held on site, so formulation starts from stock rather than waiting on a shipment. Bioavailability work such as piperine and micronization is done in-house.
Bottles and counts
HDPE and PET bottles from 75cc to 2 gallons are stock, in white, black, amber, clear and cobalt blue, with glass from 150 to 400cc. Sixty size-00 capsules fit a 120 to 200cc bottle, 90 fit 200 to 250cc and 120 fit 225 to 300cc. Every bottle is induction-sealed.
Labels and design
Bring print-ready artwork or have our in-house design team lay out the label. Every label gets a compliance review before the first run, and application runs on automated lines.

What is the minimum order for private label capsules?
500 units for a stock formula under your label, including Stock+ changes to actives or dose. A custom formula starts at 2,500 units.
How long does capsule production take?
Stock formula runs under 30,000 units take 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the formula. A custom formula takes 8 to 12 weeks in total. Second and later runs of 30,000 units or more ship in four weeks.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Stock formula samples are available on request. Custom capsule samples are made in about a week, with two rounds of changes included.
What capsule sizes can you fill?

Every batch gets identity and microbial testing in curí, the ISO 17025-accredited lab on our campus, and ships with a certificate of analysis. Potency and heavy-metal panels are added to match what your label claims.
