Filling, capping, labeling and kitting all happen on our Cedartown campus, on the same site that made the formula.

Bottling

Choose a stock bottle, jar or flexible pack, or build your own. We fill, cap and induction-seal in house.

Labeling

Bring finished artwork or have our design team build it. Printed, applied, and checked against supplement label requirements before it runs.

Launch

Kitted and boxed on the same campus, so finished goods leave from where they were made.

Supplement bottles in white, black, dark amber, transparent and cobalt blue

MaterialsHDPE and PET as standard. Glass for capsules and liquids.

Stock coloursWhite, black, dark amber, transparent, cobalt blue. Light green, orange and frosted finishes sourced to order.

SizesStandard 150cc to 1 gallon; capability 75cc to 2 gallons. Regular runs: 150, 175, 200, 250, 300 and 400cc, plus 2 oz, 6 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz and 44 oz.

StylesBoston round and bullet.

ClosuresCap with induction seal as standard. Pour-on lids and flip-tops where the product suits them.

White and black wide-mouth supplement powder jars

MaterialsHDPE and PET. White and black are standard in HDPE; light amber and clear are PET.

GlassSmall capsule jars can be sourced in glass. Large powder jars stay plastic — glass is too heavy and costly to ship at that size.

Sizes6 oz to 2 gallons. Common: 8, 16, 25, 32, 44, 55 and 60 oz, plus 1 and 2 gallon.

Best forPowders and larger capsule counts, where a wide mouth matters for scooping.

Glass sizes½ oz to 4 oz, in amber, blue, transparent and frosted.

HDPE sizes1 oz to 32 oz, with 16 oz and 32 oz in regular production.

Pipettes1 oz bottles pair with a 76mm pipette lid; 2 oz bottles with a 91mm.

Best forTinctures and dosed liquids where a dropper is part of how the product is used.

Stand-up supplement pouch with flat sachets

SizingBuilt to the product rather than a fixed range — pouches are the most flexible format we run.

Common runs2.75" × 4.25" and 4" × 6", used for samples or a 30- or 60-count of capsules.

Best forPowders, capsules and tablets — and as a lightweight refill for a premium jar.

StandardA square 4" × 4" format.

Length options4" × 3", × 6", × 7" or × 8", with capability up to 8.5".

Width1.5" to 4" with custom forming tooling.

Best forSamples, trial packs and anything that needs to sit flat in an envelope or a box.

A compact cylinder holding three to four days, so the routine travels instead of being left at home with the full bottle.

Custom moulds and forming tooling are a one-time investment that pays back at volume. We will tell you when your run is too small to justify it.

Assembly, sourcing and tooling.

Custom kittingMulti-component kits assembled in house — anywhere from 5 to 30 individual packs or travel cylinders boxed together with your printed inserts.

SourcingSpecialist components sourced for you rather than supplied by you: a particular bottle style, frosted glass, an unusual colour. You should not have to run a procurement project to launch a SKU.

Custom toolingForming widths between 1.5" and 4" for stick packs and sachets. Tooling is a one-time cost and only pays back at volume — we will tell you when your run is too small to justify it.
