Either way, powders are blended, filled and packed on one campus, in jars, pouches, sachets or stick packs, and every lot is tested in the ISO 17025 lab on site.
Two ways to make your powder.
Start from a formula that already exists, or build one that does not. Both run on the same campus, with the same testing and the same certifications on the label.
Brand a stock powder
Pick from more than 100 validated powder formulas, add your label and launch from 500 units in jars, pouches or sachets. Stock+ lets you change the flavor, actives or dose from the same base at the same minimum. Samples are available on request, and runs under 30,000 units ship 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the formula and your labels are in.
Build a custom powder
Bring a formula or a brief and our R&D team develops it with you from 2,500 units: concept on day one, ingredients sourced from the 10,000+ actives held on campus in one to two weeks, a production-scale prototype, then stability and release. Flavor comes from the on-campus lab with more than 1,000 flavors in rotation. Custom samples take about a week, custom runs 8 to 12 weeks in total, and stick packs start at 30,000 units.

Jars, pouches, sachets and stick packs
Jars from 6 oz to 2 gallons are all stock sizes, in white or black HDPE and light amber or clear PET. Stick packs come in a stock 1.5 by 5 inch size, with 3, 4 and 6 inch lengths and widths up to 4 inches on custom tooling. Sachets and pouches are sized to your product.
Minimums by pack
Stock powders in jars, pouches and sachets start at 500 units and custom formulas at 2,500. Stick packs are the one exception and start at 30,000 units.

Our on-campus flavor lab holds 67 stock flavors across nine families and more than 1,000 flavors in rotation, with organic, natural and natural-and-artificial options.
Labels before production
Powder production starts once your approved labels are in, so artwork and the compliance review happen while the formula is being finalized.
Samples
Custom powder samples are made in about a week, 200 to 500 g per round, with two rounds of changes included. Stock powder samples are available on request.

What is the minimum order for private label powders?
500 units for a stock formula under your label, including Stock+ changes to flavor, actives or dose. A custom formula starts at 2,500 units. Stick packs start at 30,000 units.
Which packaging can you fill?
Jars from 6 oz to 2 gallons are all stock sizes. Stick packs, sachets and pouches are filled on campus too; stick packs come in a stock 1.5 by 5 inch size, with other lengths and widths available.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Stock formula samples are available on request. Custom powder samples are made in about a week, with two rounds of changes included.
How long does powder production take?
Stock formula runs under 30,000 units take 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the formula. A custom formula takes 8 to 12 weeks in total. Second and later runs of 30,000 units or more ship in four weeks. Production starts once your approved labels are in.
Can you develop a flavor for my powder?
Our flavor lab on campus develops and tests flavors for your product, with more than 1,000 flavors in rotation.
How is each batch tested?
Every batch gets identity and microbial testing in curí, the ISO 17025-accredited lab on our campus, and ships with a certificate of analysis. Potency and heavy-metal panels are added to match what your label claims.
