//Packaging and kitting

Your product ships
retail-ready.

Bottles, jars, droppers, stick packs, sachets and pouches, filled, capped, labeled and kitted on the same campus that made the formula. Every pack on this page is drawn from the sizes, colours and closures we actually run.

//Three steps

From bulk product to a box on a pallet.

Filling, capping, labeling and kitting all happen on our Cedartown campus, on the same site that made the formula.

01

Fill and seal

Choose a bottle, jar or flexible pack, or build your own. We fill, cap and induction-seal in house.

02

Label and check

Bring finished artwork. We check it against FDA labeling rules, build the Supplement Facts panel, then print and apply it.

03

Kit and pack

Kitted and boxed on the same campus, so finished goods leave from where they were made.

//Formats

Pick a pack. See what it actually runs.

Seven pack types with their real sizes, colours and closures. Change any of them and the drawing follows. Anything outside this range is sourced for you rather than refused.

//Go custom

Stock gets you launched.
Custom gets you remembered.

A mould nobody else has. A finish people want to hold. A refill they come back for. This is where packaging stops being a container and starts being the brand.

Custom moulds

Your own bottle shape, cut from new tooling. A one-time cost that every run afterwards uses, and a silhouette a competitor cannot copy off the shelf.

Unique finishes

Frosted, soft-touch matte, tinted glass. Finish is what a customer feels before they have read a single word on the label.

Refill systems

Sell the beautiful jar once, then sell the refill again and again. Less packaging on every repeat order, and a cheaper reorder for the customer.

Travel packs

A compact cylinder holding three to four days, so the routine travels instead of being left at home with the full bottle.

Printed inserts

Dosing guidance, the brand story, a reorder prompt, folded in with the product rather than left to the label to carry alone.

Accessories

Scoops, spoons and pipettes matched to the dose and sourced with the pack, so the customer is never guessing how much.

Custom moulds and forming tooling are a one-time investment that pays back at volume. We will tell you when your run is too small to justify it.

//What we do with it

Assembly, sourcing and tooling.

Packs and printed inserts are assembled into the box here, not downstream. Build a kit to see how it comes together.

Custom kitting

Multi-component kits assembled in house, anywhere from 5 to 30 individual packs or travel cylinders boxed together with your printed inserts.

Sourcing

Specialist components sourced for you rather than supplied by you: a particular bottle style, frosted glass, an unusual colour. You should not have to run a procurement project to launch a SKU.

Custom tooling

Forming widths between 1.5" and 4" for stick packs and sachets. Tooling is a one-time cost and only pays back at volume. We will tell you when your run is too small to justify it.

//Labels

Your label, start to finish.

Bring finished artwork and we take it from there. The label is printed, applied and checked here.

Your design
Send print-ready artwork and we run it. We flag anything that will not hold up on press or will not pass label review.
Supplement Facts
We build the Supplement Facts panel from your formula, ready to drop into your artwork.
Printing
Printed on site, so a label revision does not add a shipping leg to your timeline.
Application
Applied and inspected on the same line that fills the product.
Compliance
Panels checked against supplement labeling requirements before the run, not after it.
//Next step

Tell us the product. We will tell you what it ships in.

Send the format, the dose count and the shelf you are aiming for, and we will come back with the packaging that fits it and what it costs to run. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.
