What goes in a stick pack
Stick packs are mostly used for powders: electrolyte and hydration mixes, energy and focus blends, greens, collagen, and other single-serve drink mixes. Each stick holds one serving, so it suits products people carry and mix on the go.
You can start from one of our 50+ stock hydration formulas or develop a custom formula with our R&D team. Our in-house Flavor Lab has 1,000+ flavors to work from.
Stick pack sizes
- Stock size: 1.5 by 5 inches.
- Length: adjustable to 3, 4 or 6 inches.
- Width: 1.5 to 4 inches, with custom tooling.
Sachets are also available: the standard is 4 by 4 inches, with lengths from 3 to 8 inches and widths from 1.5 to 4 inches with tooling.

- Stock formula, or a second run of 30,000+: four weeks.
- First run of a custom formula: 8 to 12 weeks in total, including development and samples.

Every batch is tested in curí, the ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory on our Cedartown, Georgia campus, and ships with a certificate of analysis. Our facilities are FDA-registered, follow cGMP (21 CFR Part 111), and are NSF and SQF certified. Certified organic production (MOSA), Halal and Kosher are available.

Our stock stick pack is 1.5 by 5 inches. Length can be adjusted to 3, 4 or 6 inches, and widths from 1.5 to 4 inches are possible with custom tooling.
Can I start with a smaller order before moving to stick packs?
Yes. Launch a stock formula in sachets, pouches or a tub from 500 units, then move the same formula into stick packs once volume justifies a 30,000-unit run.
